The Schiedel ICS 5000 is a modular, double-walled stainless steel system engineered for demanding industrial processes, emergency power generators, combined heat and power plants (CHP), and large boiler systems.
Designed with continuous butt-welded inner and outer shells, the system features factory-fitted high-temperature lip seals to ensure gas tightness up to 5000 Pa. Its pre-insulated construction eliminates thermal bridging and maintains low outer surface temperatures. Additionally, it holds certified EI 120 fire resistance according to EN 1366-13 for horizontal and vertical installations.

Rated for continuous flue gas operating temperatures up to 600°C and tested up to 1000°C. Available with 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, or 100 mm mineral insulation to meet specific clearance and thermal requirements.

The system structure
The double-walled flue gas system ICS 5000 can be installed either on the wall or on the floor. The wall duct follows the plaster door, after which the heating system is connected. The ICS 5000 consists of an outer casing and an inner pipe, between which thermal insulation is integrated. The system is also equipped with a capillary bead, inner seal and (static) clamping tape.
