ISOKERN AIR

ISOKERN Air is a competitive solution for airtight houses with modern stoves where the air intake for combustion air can be connected directly to the chimney. The air duct is integrated into the ISOKERN Air system, allowing the stove to operate independently of room air, even if there is negative pressure in the house.

Highlights

ISOKERN Air is a modular chimney system ideal for wood-burning stoves and solid fuel boilers with a fresh air connection, especially designed for tight houses. With a clearance dimension of Ø150 mm and the option to arm as freestanding up to 8.1 meters, it offers flexibility in fireplace placement.
The integrated fresh air duct saves space and ensures efficient air supply. The system is easy to build with pumice elements and requires no distance to combustible material at flue gas temperatures up to 400°C.

Built-in air supply

ISOKERN Air is a modular system where the outer module and inner module are separated into two units. The outer module is designed with a fresh air gap to supply air from the outside to the combustion. This is ideal for e.g. wood-burning stoves in dense houses.

0 mm distance to combustible material

The chimney elements are made of insulating pumice stone, so the chimney itself never reaches high surface temperatures. If the flue gas temperature does not exceed 400 degrees C, the Schiedel ISOKERN Air is CE marked with 0 distance to combustible material.

Made from volcanic pumice stone

All Schiedel ISOKERN products are made from pumice from the Hekla volcano in Iceland. The production ensures minimal energy consumption, as the modules do not need to be burned, and as the products can easily be crushed and recycled at the end of their lifetime, the environmental impact of our products is minimal.
