The Schiedel ICS is a versatile, double-walled stainless steel system designed to handle the demands of modern residential fireplaces as well as large-scale commercial heating systems and biomass boilers.
Factory-preinsulated, the system completely eliminates on-site insulation work and welding, ensuring fast and straightforward installation. Its low dead weight and structural design enable flexible wall-mounted, floor-supported, cantilevered, or free-standing configurations.

The system structure
The double-walled flue gas system ICS consists of a stainless steel outer casing and a stainless steel inner pipe, between which thermal insulation is integrated. The clamping band is also optionally available as a static clamping band. This means that planning up to 3 m free-standing after the last lateral support is possible without any problems.
