ICS (Insulated Chimney System) is a double-walled stainless steel exhaust system with continuous thermal insulation in a handy element design and with a low overall weight. The innovative chimney system is suitable for all fuels and can be used with oil and gas fireplaces under both negative and positive pressure and is at the same time insensitive to moisture.

When used with solid fuels, ICS is compatible in negative pressure and for dry operation (Combustion chamber).

EI120 & Energy efficient

The EI120 certified ICS chimney system is characterized by uninterrupted thermal insulation. Mineral wool insulation with high temperature resistance serves as effective insulation. The thermal insulation and inner wall thickness are also available in different thicknesses upon request.

Functional

The double-walled flue gas system in element design with integrated thermal insulation is suitable for all fuels and for oil and gas fireplaces both in negative and positive pressure and is also insensitive to moisture. When used with solid fuels, ICS can be used in negative pressure and for dry operation. The stainless steel flue gas system ICS can be used indoors and outdoors. It is particularly optimized for retrofitting - for single and multi-family homes, conservatories and commercial buildings.

Simple installation & safe operation

The connection system with plug-in sleeve connection and integrated clamping straps with double beading ensures quick and secure installation thanks to the double screw connection. No thermal insulation or welding work is required on site. The surface temperature is very low and the handy sizes with a low weight are very stable but still easy to install.

Guaranteed quality

In the production of the ICS system, emphasis is placed on using only the highest quality materials and precision. The inner pipe is butt-welded throughout and made of stainless steel. It offers protection against corrosion and soot fires. The outer pipe of the ICS chimney is made of highly polished stainless steel and absorbs the static loads. We therefore guarantee that the system will function for 10 years.

The system structure

The double-walled flue gas system ICS consists of a stainless steel outer casing and a stainless steel inner pipe, between which thermal insulation is integrated. ICS can both be installed as the connecting chimney system, as well as the main chimney system. The clamping band is also optionally available as a static clamping band. This means that planning up to 3 m free-standing after the last lateral support is possible without any problems.
