The classic SIH insulated chimney has a three-shell, moisture-resistant structure with rear ventilation, insulation board and fireclay inner pipe. Suitable for room air-dependent flue gas ducting of fireplaces with gaseous, liquid and solid fuels. The low specific weight of the individual parts makes it easy to handle and relocate. Functional

The inner pipe of the SIH has a flow-optimized round geometry and is made of fireclay suitable for high temperatures. The dimensionally accurate lightweight concrete prefabricated element is equipped with airflow-optimized rear ventilation channels to prevent moisture formation and improve the indoor climate.

Certified

The SIH is a durable product thanks to its chimney pipe column. The chimney fulfills the requirements of fire resistance class F90 and LA90. This means that the SIH retains its function for 90 minutes in the event of a standard fire and therefore meets many building regulations requirements.

Quality

Only the highest quality materials are used in the production of the SIH chimney. Precisely coordinated system elements, such as the inner pipe made of high-temperature tempered fireclay, ensure maximum stability and safety in addition to high temperature and acid resistance. The casing brick is designed as a dimensionally accurate lightweight concrete element, space-saving and fits perfectly into a modern building layout. The inner pipe of the SIH is made of high-quality ceramic and is cast in one piece. Connecting pieces are not glued and therefore remain tight - for many decades. We assure you of this with a 30-year guarantee.

The system structure

The SIH system starts on a foundation built on site, on which a prefabricated base is mounted. This contains the inspection/cleaning door and all other components. After a ceiling duct, the flue pipe connection is attached to connect the fireplace. The chimney is crowned with a Schiedel chimney head including the stainless steel air inlet head plate and an outlet cone.
