The exhaust gas routing for large-scale biomass boiler plants is subject to special technical requirements due to varying operating conditions. Over its entire service life, the exhaust system must safely manage the transition between dry and wet operating modes as well as fluctuating pressure conditions in both negative and positive pressure ranges.
The integration of electrostatic precipitators into the exhaust system for emission control presents an additional challenge. Similarly, the incorporation of condensation units for heat recovery requires precise technical implementation.
