Merchant Training with MKM

They were established in 1995 in Hull and the vision for the company was to offer exceptional service, by building (excuse the pun) excellent relationships with customers and their many suppliers, including Schiedel. MKM stock everything needed for the trade, including timber, plumbing supplies and our award winning Schiedel Chimney Systems.

Their stock levels are always high, so anything needed at short notice is usually available from their knowledgeable and friendly staff, who have a wealth of experience and are always available to support any customer who has a query about flue and chimney installation.

Schiedel are providing a set of group training sessions to MKM staff to raise awareness of flues and chimneys. In particular, important subjects such distance to combustibles and essential components to ensure the lifetime warranty on the products that are applicable. Each session lasts around 20 minutes, and is a very informal setting for any staff to ask any question they need to improve their knowledge.
